LPN

Right at Home of Cincinnati is currently seeking a Clinical Liaison Representative who will be responsible for insuring a consistent level of quality care to our patients / clients. This individual will be a Strong Relationship Builder and Results Oriented Professional. The right individual will share our vision for providing exceptional care for Seniors and those with disabilities.

Requirements :

• Degreed as an LPN or RN
• A minimum of 2 years if proven experience working with patients in the health care industry.
• The Ability to perform clinical assessments under the direction of an RN.
• Proven experience in building Strong Relationships and Trust with referral sources
• Must be creative and self-motivated, have pleasant, compassionate and helpful disposition.
• Marketing Experience Preferred.

Full Time Benefits : :

Compensation : 35,000-50,000 plus bonus
