A company in the retail space is partnering with LHH to search for a temporary AP Specialist for their team. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of accounts payable experience and be able to learn quickly. This person will be the only AP contributor on the accounting team and will be responsible for full cycle tasks. Since there will be vendor management, professional communication skills are important. The manager is looking for someone to help out for the next six months. This role is fully onsite in Seattle, WA.

Responsibilities :

• Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment to vendors.
• Maintain vendor records and resolve any discrepancies or issues professionally.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and assist with month-end closing procedures.
• Communicate with internal departments and external vendors to address payment inquiries.
• Generate regular reports on accounts payable activity and support audit processes as needed.
