Full-Cycle Recruiter

Location : Onsite Rancho Cucamonga

Pay Range : $30$35 / hour

About the Role

Were seeking an experienced Full-Cycle Recruiter to manage high-volume hiring in a fast-paced environment. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running with minimal training , partner closely with hiring managers, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruiting : Own the process from sourcing to offer acceptance

High-Volume Hiring : Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously

Resume Review & Prescreening : Quickly identify top talent

Interview Coordination : Schedule and confirm interviews with precision

ATS Management : Maintain accurate candidate data and ensure compliance

Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with hiring managers and HR team

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 5 years experience in high-volume recruiting (agency + corporate mix preferred)

Strong ATS expertise and applicant tracking discipline

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and adapt quickly
