They are responsible for developing requirements and specifications that support the projects they are assigned to and for understanding current and future processes and where applicable, including processes for the entire enterprise. They gather and document business needs and requirements, and assist with generating project business cases. They also provide guidance to stakeholders on devising effective and efficient approaches to achieve the project objectives.

Essential Functions :

• Responsible for developing requirements and specifications that support the projects assigned to : business requirements, functional requirements, system requirements, and report specifications.
• Develops test scenarios and test cases for use in system and integration testing.
• Guides to partners on devising effective and efficient approaches to achieve the desired business outcomes.
• Guides in the modelling / mapping of business processes; conducts as-is / to-be business processes, is instrumental in the business process re-engineering (BPR) and involved in the organizational change exercise.
• Writes and presents cases.
• Retest and document existing tasks / defects
• Occasionally required to work evening and weekends as needed.
