This position is a Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician. Duties include answering phone and emails, returning phone calls and emails, scheduling client appointments, confirming appointment details with clients, facilitating appointment reminders for clients, and documenting correspondence with clients. Preparing mailings and distribution of printed materials. Receiving shipments and loading and unloading van with equipment and supplies. Assists DCMC IP Manager and Project Coordinators with tracking program metrics, ordering, invoicing, billing, and reporting. Provides direct CPST services when necessary.
