Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Project Manager to support our dynamic Design and Research Product Design team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in project management within creative or user-centered environments, who thrives in cross-functional collaboration and excels at driving complex initiatives from concept to completion.

Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for design and research initiatives from initial scoping and planning through execution, delivery, and retrospective. Partner closely with design, research, product, and engineering stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and business objectives. Facilitate effective communication across teams and stakeholders, ensuring transparency, alignment, and timely updates on project status, risks, and milestones. Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring accountability, momentum, and high-quality outcomes. Implement and oversee change management processes to adapt to evolving project needs and organizational priorities. Prepare and deliver comprehensive documentation, including status reports, risk assessments, and post-project evaluations. Optimize design operations for a high-performing UX design team influencing over 40 Spectrum products. Responsible for assembling project plans, assigning tasks, and overseeing daily work efforts, I identify resource needs, conduct quality reviews, and manage timelines to ensure positive overall team health scores.
