Pay Range : $60-$65 / hour

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Senior Mixed Methods UX Researcher to join our team. This role blends hands-on execution with strategic product influence, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative research to guide the development of consumer and business-facing products. The ideal candidate has experience leading end-to-end research, building roadmaps, and shaping product strategy, while thriving in fast-paced, multidisciplinary environments.

Responsibilities

• Scope study objectives, research questions, and methods aligned with product team needs, leveraging a range of qualitative and quantitative approaches (e.g., surveys, interviews, usability testing, diary studies).
• Collaborate closely with designers, PMs, engineers, and other researchers to integrate insights throughout the product lifecycle - from formative exploration through iterative prototyping to evaluative validation.
• Own end-to-end research execution, including study design, participant recruitment, moderation, analysis, and reporting.
• Develop and execute research roadmaps that align with business and product goals.
• Translate research findings into clear, actionable insights that inform product direction, go-to-market strategy, and long-term vision.
• Manage and provide feedback on external vendor research to augment internal capabilities.
• Communicate results through compelling storytelling - tailoring insights for executives, product teams, and diverse stakeholders.
• Mentor peers and junior researchers, fostering a culture of rigor, collaboration, and impact.
