QA Test manager

Implementation Partner : TCS Location : NY (Day One Onsite) Job Description / Skills : QA Test manager 10+ years of total experience with at least 4 years of experience as QA / TEST Manager / Lead Must Have Technical / Functional Skills Electrical Domain experience. Should be skilled in o Languages : C#, C++, C, COBOL, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA / MS Access). o Operating Systems : Windows and Linux (Oracle 8+ and RedHat Linux 6-7) o Databases : SQL Server, Oracle and Teradata o Configuration Control Tools : GIT, Visual Source Safe, Clear Case, o Project Management Tools : Team Foundation Server, Quality Center o Documentation Tools : MS-Word, MS-Visio, MS-Power Point. o Test Automation Tools : Selenium and other frameworks Roles & Responsibilities : Prepare Test Plans Prepare Test Scripts Control project scope Prepare Test Execution Model Consolidate, Maintain Test Plan & Scripts for respective environments Participate in Requirement Gathering and Requirements Review Meetings Train Testers for the new business, defined Test Plan, strategy, and scripts to drive the Test execution Ensure quality of deliverables via an agreed quality assurance approach and by providing support to the project team Manage relationships with customers and team members ensuring overall success of the projects Train and prepare end users for new business Prepare and present Quality Dashboards for Testing activities Generic Managerial Skills, If any Strong knowledge in deploying Quality Control with Verification and Testing methodologies Experience in driving team to achieve Testing Goals
