Controller

will oversee accounting operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency within the organization's accounting department. This role involves financial reporting, budgeting, external audit support, and compliance with government regulations and GAAP. The Controller will supervise a team of two degreed accountants. Qualifications : A bachelor's degree in accounting required. CPA or MBA preferred. Experience : Minimum of 7 years’ experience in hands-on accounting roles with progression of responsibility. GAAP Knowledge : Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and other relevant accounting standards. Financial Management Skills : Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
