Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and energized by helping a creative team thrive? Our store offers interior design services and we are seeking a Design Assistant to support our busy and dynamic Design Department. This is a hands-on, task-focused role that's perfect for someone who loves working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly.

What You'll Do :

As a Design Assistant, you'll play a crucial support role by helping our Design Manager and Designers stay focused on client work. You'll handle essential operational tasks, organize resources, follow up on projects, and help ensure every detail is in place.

Key Responsibilities Include :

Input stock furniture orders and manage item details in our system

Support client meetings and assist with task follow-ups and scheduling

Maintain fabric and finish samples, organize digital sales tools, and manage catalogs

Assist with client interactions on the sales floor and support designer-led sales

Coordinate shipping / delivery logistics with our warehouse team

Ensure accuracy of product tags, pricing, and inventory counts

Who You Are :

Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency

Exceptionally organized and detail-driven

Friendly and professional communicator

Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment

Tech-savvy with the ability to learn inventory / order systems

Passion for design, home décor, and retail

Physical Requirements :

Comfortable standing, walking, and lifting up to 50lbs without assistance

Able to manage physical organizing and computer-based tasks

Adaptable to a bustling store environment with frequent interruptions
