Job Description

The Quality Specialist I are responsible for conducting routine inspections using automated optical inspection equipment to detect defects or quality issues in manufactured products. They ensure that products meet established quality standards by identifying non-conformities early in the production process. Their work plays a key role in maintaining product integrity and supporting overall quality assurance

Responsibilities :

Operate and maintain systems to inspect products during or after production.

Monitor product quality based on predefined specifications and guidelines.

Identify and document defects or deviations from quality standards.

Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and ensure timely corrective actions.

Qualifications and Requirements :

High School Diploma or GED

Basic computer skills and data entry experience

Familiarity with quality control principles and techniques.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen

The base hourly range for this position is $15.00 an hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
