PRINCIPAL DUTIES :
- Completes company approved work sample demonstrating expertise for welding according to company standards.
- Welds aluminum, steel, stainless, and galvanized.
- Welds completely any product family, to print and quality standard, without guidance.
- Responsible for proper care of tools and work environment.
- Safely operates, adjusts, and cares for welding equipment properly.
- Maintain work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follow standard safety practices and regulations.
- Cross-training and knowledge share with peers.
- Other miscellaneous duties as required / assigned.
Requirements :
High School Diploma or equivalent6 months or more prior MIG welding experience preferredMust be able to works independently and train others if requiredDemonstrates shop math skillsCan interpret blueprints, specifications, production layouts, technical drawings, work orders, instructions, etc.Previous work-related experience and / or any vocational training preferredMeet minimum requirements within training matrix to qualify for A role.#ADTI
