Position Summary

We're seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Contract Analyst to join our Sales Operations team. You'll manage the contract process from drafting to executionincluding renewals and new salesensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. This role supports Sales, Legal, Security, and other teams to streamline workflows and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and track sales contracts (MSAs, Order Forms, Amendments, etc.) through their lifecycle
• Partner with Legal to ensure contracts meet policy and risk standards
• Maintain version control and ensure timely approvals and execution
• Support contract data in systems like Salesforce and CLM tools
• Guide Sales on contract best practices and compliance
• Help improve contract templates, processes, and documentation
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize the quote-to-cash process
