Lead Server / Trainer - Fine-Dining Opening - Alpharetta

New fine-dining Persian restaurant seeks LEAD server for opening team. You will train all future hires and run the

floor. Senior server position with training responsibility.

  • Launch period guarantee : $3500-$4,000 (90 days Guaranteed, Roughly $20-$25 Minimum, Based on Experience)

Schedule : 5-6 days

Requirements :

  • 2-3 years fine-dining server experience
  • Table service mastery : Synchronized service, proper sequencing, timing
  • Wine knowledge : WSET Level 1 or equivalent, food pairing skills
  • Bartending skills : Beer, wine, and cocktail service
  • Training ability : Experience training or mentoring staff
  • Guest relationship skills : Upselling, service recovery, special occasion guest handling
  • Event coordination : Wine dinners, private parties, group reservations
  • Can work independently and lead
  • Forsyth alcohol permit (or obtain within 30 days)

    • Nice-to-Have :

  • POS system experience
  • Cocktail menu design experience
