QA AUTOMATION ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and execute end-to-end automated test scripts using Cypress .

Collaborate with developers, product managers, and manual testers to understand requirements and build effective test cases.

Create and maintain scalable and reusable test frameworks.

Participate in sprint planning, story grooming, and retrospectives.

Perform regression, integration, performance, and cross-browser testing.

Detect and document bugs, and work closely with developers for resolution.

Integrate test automation with CI / CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).

Ensure high code quality and maintainability of test scripts.

Required Skills :

3+ years of QA experience , with at least 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Cypress .

Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript.

Experience in testing modern web applications (e.g., React, Angular).

Familiarity with REST APIs and API testing tools (e.g., Postman).

Experience with Git, Jenkins, or other CI / CD tools.

Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
