Your Role : Make a meaningful impact as a Surgical Technologist in our Operating Room! Your expertise and attention to detail are vital in ensuring patient safety and comfort. You will prepare surgical materials, assist the surgical team, and maintain a sterile environment, ultimately contributing to successful patient outcomes.

Major Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and maintain sterile environments for surgical procedures.
  • Assist in gowning, gloving, draping, and passing instruments.
  • Ensure operating room efficiency by setting up for each case.
  • Help maintain equipment and manage specialty carts.
  • Transport patients and assist in positioning as needed.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of aseptic techniques and work with a variety of surgical procedures.

    • Requirements :

  • Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (to be completed within 6 months if not currently held).
  • No prior experience required; we are looking for compassionate team players.

    • Physical Requirements :

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., push / pull equipment, and perform patient transfers.
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
  • Exposure to various hazards (mechanical, electrical, etc.) is part of the job.
