Position : Research Coordinator

Location : Athens Campus

Department : Institutional Effectiveness

Reports to : Executive Director of Institutional Effectiveness

Salary / Benefits : Salary is commensurate with education and experience. State of Georgia benefits package.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the extraction and compilation of data and publication of college-wide reports such as but not limited to the annual Fact Book and Service Area County Profiles.
• Proficient in word processing spreadsheet presentation data analysis accreditation and project tracking software.
• Produce visually appealing reports or presentations for the department as needed.
• Perform descriptive or thematic analysis of data available to the department.
• Learn and use software platforms for surveying conducting planning and outcome assessment functions updating the college catalog or other departmental functions.
• Perform file management and storage process office transactions according to college specifications maintain timelines of routine tasks take meeting minutes assist with events involving the AA / IE division and assist with overall office organization.
• Create and maintain a filing system for accreditation and special project files.
• Assist in the use and maintenance of a web-based site used for sharing information with other college stakeholders.
