Job Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist specialized in Neurological Rehabilitation to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional care to patients with neurological conditions, helping them regain mobility, improve function, and enhance their quality of life.

Responsibilities :

Assessment and Evaluation : Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients' neurological conditions, mobility, strength, balance, and functional abilities.

Treatment Planning : Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patients' specific needs, goals, and medical history.

Therapeutic Interventions : Administer a variety of therapeutic interventions including exercise programs, manual therapy, gait training, balance training, and other specialized techniques tailored to neurological conditions.

Patient Education : Educate patients and their families about the nature of their condition, treatment options, and strategies for self-management and home exercises.

Collaboration : Work closely with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and speech therapists to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.

Documentation : Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.

Continuous Professional Development : Stay updated with the latest research, techniques, and best practices in neurological rehabilitation to provide evidence-based care.

Education, Licensure, and Experience :

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Physical Therapy.

Minimum of 1 years of experience in neurological rehabilitation preferred.

Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
