What You Will Do :

Engage and Lead : Initiate projects drive success and lead conversations that build strong relationships and inspire others.

Outcome-Driven Approach : Work in a fast-paced environment focused on achieving leasing goals and results with a compensation structure that rewards performance.

Execute Leasing Goals : Market and lease available apartments to maximize occupancy while delivering high levels of customer satisfaction.

What Youll Bring :

• Leasing or sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Availability to work weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred.â
• A valid drivers license is required as driving is an essential job function and no comparable alternative transportation options (e.g. ride-hailing carpooling bicycling walking) can reasonably fulfill the role within equivalent travel time or cost.

Our Compensation Philosophyâ

The compensation range for this position is $23 - $28 / hr including leasing commissions that are currently on a 3-tier structure ranging from $100 - $295 per lease! The base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience of the candidate. Fentons goal is to ensure performance-based compensation that is motivating and competitive and we adopt a pay-for-performance approach. ââ
