Ayudante de Sushi
Brinda apoyo directo al chef de sushi en la preparacin de ingredientes, el armado de platos, la limpieza del rea de trabajo y el cumplimiento de las normas sanitarias. Este puesto es clave para mantener la eficiencia operativa de la cocina y garantizar la calidad de los productos que se empaquetan a los clientes.
Responsabilidades :
- Asistir en el armado y la presentacin de rollos de sushi y otros platos.
- Mantener el rea de trabajo limpia, ordenada y en cumplimiento con las normas del departamento de salud.
- Colaborar con el chef y el equipo de cocina para garantizar un flujo de trabajo eficiente.
- Encargarse del proceso de reabastecimiento de los productos que se utilizan en linea.
- Cumplir con los protocolos de seguridad alimentaria e higiene en la manipulacin de alimentos.
