Job Description

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects from inception to completion.

Manage project documentation, including budgets, schedules, contracts, RFIs, and submittals.

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.

Monitor and enforce safety standards, quality control, and compliance with regulations.

Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders while resolving any project-related challenges.

The Successful Applicant

Holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Has 2+ years of experience with a General Contractor.

Large, ground-up project experience is required.

Is a Project Engineer, Project Coordinator, or construction professional hungry for career growth.

Demonstrates strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Is proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project) or is willing to learn.

Displays a proactive attitude with a strong desire to grow into a leadership role.

Willingness to work fully onsite across the U.S. (Travel is minimized with career progression).
