Supplier Support Specialist

Location Fort Worth, TX | Hybrid

Compensation & Schedule

  • 20.00 / hour
  • 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM, Monday to Friday

ROLE IMPACT : As a Supplier Support Specialist, you’ll serve as a frontline resolver for supplier-facing issues, playing a vital role in compliance operations and service quality. You will handle incoming cases and inquiries with precision and speed, ensuring accurate documentation, clear communication, and timely resolution—all while gaining exposure to a Fortune 10 healthcare organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor and respond to incoming tickets and supplier inquiries via ServiceNow and Salesforce
  • Troubleshoot DSCSA-related issues including EPCIS data and compliance documentation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, compliance, and supply chain to resolve escalated cases
  • Track actions taken in each case to maintain audit readiness and compliance visibility
  • Proactively follow up with suppliers to drive timely resolution and closeout
  • Identify and escalate issue trends and system gaps to leadership
  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1+ year managing shared and personal inboxes, prioritizing communications
  • 1+ year in high-volume operations or service desk environments
  • Demonstrated written communication and documentation skills
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems independently
