VP of Information Technology

We are seeking an interim Vice President of IT a dynamic strategic leader who will help shape our technology future and drive a critical enterprise-wide ERP transformation.

Key Responsibilities :

Technology Strategy

  • Define and communicate a clear forward-looking technology roadmap aligned with company growth goals.
  • Identify emerging digital and automation trends relevant to food manufacturing and evaluate their impact.
  • Drive innovation through data-driven scalable solutions that improve efficiency and customer experience.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive ERP implementation strategy to be completed within 9 12 months.

    • ERP Transformation Leadership

  • Act as the executive sponsor for the company s ERP implementation from planning through go-live.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure process redesign data integrity and system integration across all business units.
  • Establish governance structures KPIs and success metrics to ensure on-time on-budget delivery.
  • Lead change management and end-user adoption across all levels of the organization.

    • Business Partnership & Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing IT team across Infrastructure Applications and BI.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration transparency and continuous learning.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on aligning technology investments with growth and efficiency.

    • Innovation & R&D

  • Partner with R&D to explore technologies that enhance product quality traceability and safety.
  • Evaluate automation AI and analytics solutions to improve forecasting and decision-making.

    • Information Security & Data Privacy

  • Oversee cybersecurity ensuring protection of company data and intellectual property.
  • Implement and enforce strong data governance and compliance practices.

    • Operational Efficiency & Enablement

  • Lead technology initiatives that streamline manufacturing optimize supply chain management and reduce costs.
  • Champion IT as a key enabler of business agility and operational excellence.

    • Vendor & Budget Management

  • Manage relationships with technology vendors and system integrators.
  • Oversee IT budgets ensuring responsible resource allocation and ROI delivery.

    • What We re Looking For :

  • Education : Bachelor s in Computer Science Engineering or related field (Master s preferred).
  • Experience : 10 years in IT leadership within food manufacturing or consumer goods industries.
  • Proven track record of leading ERP transformations and driving digital modernization.
  • Deep understanding of IT infrastructure cybersecurity and data analytics.
  • Experience in a Microsoft ecosystem (Azure AD O365 InTune Power BI) highly desirable; exposure to IFS ERP is a plus.
  • Strong communicator and influencer who can collaborate effectively at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire develop and retain top-performing teams.
  • Strategic thinker who combines long-term vision with pragmatic execution.
