IT Project Manager Cyber Drill Remediation

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Project Manager with a strong background in cybersecurity and IT project management to lead and coordinate remediation efforts following cyber drills. This role is critical in ensuring our IT infrastructure remains resilient and compliant with internal and external security standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for cyber drill remediation initiatives.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application teams to assess drill outcomes and define remediation plans.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports.
- Track progress against remediation goals and escalate risks or delays as needed.
- Ensure all remediation activities align with organizational security policies and compliance requirements.
- Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings and provide clear communication on project status and deliverables.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the evolution of cyber drill frameworks.
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of IT project management experience, preferably in cybersecurity or infrastructure-related projects.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of cyber drill processes, risk management, and remediation strategies.Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence).Ability to work on-site 5 days a week in either Plantation, FL or Juno Beach, FL.Preferred Qualifications
PMP, CISM, or similar certification.Experience working in regulated industries or with NERC CIP, ISO 27001, or similar standards.EEO Employer
