About the Role

We are seeking skilled Embryologists to explore opportunities with premier fertility programs across the United States. Positions may be full-time, part-time, or per-diem / locum, offering the chance to work in state-of-the-art IVF laboratories equipped with advanced technology, collaborative clinical teams, and a strong commitment to patient care and scientific excellence.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of assisted reproductive technology (ART), including oocyte retrievals, inseminations, ICSI, embryo culture, cryopreservation, and thawing.
• Maintain precise records, ensure lab quality control, and follow CAP / CLIA and FDA guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and lab directors to optimize patient outcomes.
• Participate in research, case discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
