Job Summary

Either responsible for oversight of day to day operational reporting, forecasting, and developing data-driven insights to drive the business forward in a measurable way or an individual contributor involved in complex, higher level analysis.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Point of contact for regional operational leaders in regards to operational performance and related initiatives.
  • Communication of operational performance : actions, results, and initiatives to / from customer, to / from sites.
  • Work with operational leaders to ensure operational performance's disciplines align with business and account strategies.
  • Lead the operational performance team or provide high level results.

Supervisory Responsibilities

If direct report positions are listed below, the following responsibilities will be performed in accordance with guidelines, policies and procedures and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills with superior verbal and written communications skills, with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy.
  • Ability to gather and analyze complex data, utilizing deductive reasoning
  • Ability to understand operational business processes, and apply technical / system knowledge
  • Independent, logical thinker with proven ability to perform detailed data analysis and make sound decisions
  • Strong financial & operational modeling experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including advanced Excel skills
  • Intermediate knowledge with database query tools such as SQL
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed

  • Education / Experience

    Include minimum education, technical training, and / or experience preferred to perform the job.

  • 4 year college degree with major in Business Admin, Computer Science, Accounting or Finance
  • 3 5 years of business operations experience and prior management experience preferred

    Compensation And Benefit Information

    Compensation

  • Pay : $72,509.00 - $108,763.00 annually. Compensation depends on location, qualifications, and experience.
  • Position may be eligible for an Annual Incentive Plan bonus of 10%-25% depending on role level.
  • Management level positions may be eligible for sign-on and relocation bonuses.
