Instructional Designer

A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to develop and maintain instructional resources for adult learners.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop engaging learning solutions in collaboration with the Content and Learning team and external vendors

Partner with stakeholders to define learning goals, objectives, and expected outcomes for various audiences

Create and update instructional materials for diverse learners and service delivery modalities

Required Qualifications

5+ years of instructional design experience and knowledge of adult learning principles

Experience with e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems

Ability to collaborate effectively with subject matter experts and stakeholders

Strong project management skills and creativity in designing interactive learning experiences

Passion for the organization's mission is essential
