Jennings Air and Mechanical has an immediate opening for a Project Manager to join our team in Charleston, SC.

About Jennings Air and Mechanical :

  • We are a full-service mechanical contractor in South Carolina specializing in HVAC Service and Mechanical Construction.

Senior Project Manager Responsibilities :

  • Project Management – Lead multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring quality work, on-time schedules and complete client satisfaction.
  • Budget Management – Oversee costs and ensure project is completed within budget.
  • Team Leadership – Lead and motivate your team to achieve and exceed project goals.
  • Client Interaction – Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Quality Assurance – Uphold our commitment to excellence by implementing and maintaining rigorous quality standards.

    • Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field and / or equivalent construction experience preferred 3+ years of experience in mechanical construction project management Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
