This role is required to be full-time in office in Eugene, Oregon. As a result, only candidates in Eugene or surrounding municipalities should apply.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We're seeking a talented Senior UI / UX Designer to join our lean, fast-moving Product team. You'll be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling user experiences across both web and mobile applications. This role requires a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to translate customer insights into elegant, effective designs.

At iHomefinder, we're customer-led, not customer-drivenyou'll balance user needs with business goals to design experiences that drive adoption, retention, and growth. You'll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to move quickly from concept to delivery using modern design tools and workflows.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Own the end-to-end design process for new and existing features across web and mobile platforms.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using tools like Figma.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
• Work closely with Product Managers to translate requirements and customer insights into intuitive design solutions.
• Partner with Engineering to ensure designs are implemented with a high level of quality and attention to detail.
• Advocate for design best practices and maintain a consistent design system across products.
• Thrive in a lean, fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.
• Performs other duties as requested by management.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

120,000 - $145,000 a year

This position will be based out of iHomefinder's corporate office in Eugene, OR and pays an annual salary of $120,000 - $145,000.

This position will remain open through August 25th, 2025 or until filled.
