Build and maintain strong customer relationships Actively pursue new business through outbound calls, referrals, and community engagement Provide insurance quotes and explain coverage options to potential clients Meet sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the agency Organizational skills and attention to detail. Customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred. One or more active insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life & Health and / or Customer Service License) Previous experience in sales, customer service, or insurance Excellent communication and people skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
