Senior Non-QM Underwriter

A company is looking for a Remote Sr. Non-QM Underwriter. Key Responsibilities Completes thorough analysis of loan files for compliance with company and investor guidelines Evaluates credit packages and collateral to ensure investment quality loan products Maintains underwriting activity logs and provides monthly reports to the underwriting manager Required Qualifications Minimum five years of recent NON-QM mortgage underwriting experience Solid working knowledge of underwriting guidelines including FNMA, FHLMC, and NON-QM Investors Ability to review and calculate complex personal and / or business financials and tax profiles Encompass loan origination system experience required (5+ years) High school diploma
