The Role
We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our growing, multinational People function.
You will be responsible for driving the productivity and time efficiency of two of our People leaders. You will become a trusted member of our team and have the opportunity to immerse yourself in driving the firm's success.
Key responsibilities of the role include :
- Managing multiple diaries, with polite yet assertive gatekeeping of limited time
- Arranging travel plans, including flights, accommodation, transportation and itineraries
- Gaining an understanding of core business initiatives and operational content in order to prioritise stakeholder time effectively and in line with business rhythms
- Developing and building relationships with internal stakeholders
- Effectively managing expenses
- Planning and coordinating team events, team workshops and other activities
- Undertaking a wide range of administrative tasks and ad hoc errands
- Maintaining the highest level of confidentiality in all matters
- Leading the Dallas and US community events programme, from ideation to delivery.
- Working closely with our London-based Event Manager to ensure we provide a cohesive employee experience across all our offices
- Supporting our internal communications team with US engagement
We are looking for a confident, solutions-driven Executive Assistant with senior level experience and the ability to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders.
Who Are We Looking For?
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience :
5+ years' relevant experience, ideally within a finance or technology organisationHighly responsive, flexible and proactiveStrong organisational skills and a logical thinker who can pivot quickly between tasksGood process, project, time and change management support skillsThe ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all timesExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenHigh level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint, with an aptitude to learn and utilise a wide range of office softwareWhy Should You Apply?
