We are seeking a Designer to join our growing team in our Phoenix office. . This role is responsible for translating engineering requirements and conceptual definitions into accurate, fit-for-purpose drawings, ensuring alignment with project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Technical Expertise

• Interpret flow diagrams, design packs, and conceptual designs to prepare engineering drawings.
• Modify and update drawings to suit client, engineer, and internal team requirements.
• Manage drawing integration and interface with multi-discipline design teams.
• Apply working knowledge of Autodesk software (including 3D) and VAULT workflows.
• Adhere to drawing office standards and procedures.
• Maintain awareness of safety in design and applicable design codes and standards.

Physical Requirements :

While performing duties of this job, you may be required to stand, sit in a stationary position 50% of the time, alternate between sitting and standing, push / pull as necessary, reach overhead or below shoulder level, kneel, squat, or stoop.

May be required on occasion to lift and carry items such as files, documents, or small packages, typically up to 10 -20 pounds.

Frequent use of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard and other office equipment.

Close visual acuity to perform activities such as reading, analyzing data, and working on a computer.
