• Lead core productivity platforms Oversee Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace services, ensuring reliability, security, and strategic direction.
• Drive technical excellence Guide Tier 3 support, architecture, and compliance for mission-critical systems that support teaching, research, and clinical operations.
• Inspire and develop talent Supervise a team of skilled engineers, foster growth and collaboration, and champion continuous improvement.
• Shape the future of UW IT Partner across the university to deliver scalable, innovative tools that power world-class research and education.
