Job Summary

A well-established Atlanta company is seeking a Corporate Paralegal for a direct-hire, permanent position. This paralegal will handle an interesting variety of corporate legal work that includes corporate transactions, governance and contracts.

To be considered, paralegal candidates should have at least three years of experience in a law firm or legal department of a corporation, and have experience with mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, contracts, compliance and other related matters. We are seeking an individual who is a self-starter (no micro-managers here!) with the ability to prioritize and multitask, is friendly with a "can-do" attitude and has excellent communication skills.
