About the Role

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Infrastructure Finance and Clean Energy Finance Underwriting. The successful candidate will be part of the Integrated Credit Management team, with a focus on providing end-to-end credit underwriting and monitoring for wholesale credit risk. This role involves covering large and complex global relationships, managing the underwriting process, and being responsible for all underwriting activities, including credit memo production and transaction diligence. The Associate Vice President will also be expected to interface with and support bankers in underwriting requests, prepare detailed credit analyses, and maintain compliance with credit policies and regulatory standards. Applicants must have 5-8 years' of relevant experience in infrastructure finance and / or clean energy finance underwriting, with a proven track record in analytical skills, financial statement analysis, and industry research. The role requires excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, and the candidate should be proficient in financial analysis software and have a proactive disposition. The position demands a high level of attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure, and a commitment to upholding the company's reputation and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
