      We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Billing / Insurance Specialist & Front Desk Support team member. This dual-role position involves managing insurance claims and billing processes while also providing support at the front desk to ensure a smooth and welcoming patient experience.

      As a Billing Specialist , you will handle insurance-related inquiries, process documentation, and collaborate with clients and providers to ensure accurate billing. As Front Desk Support , you will assist with scheduling, patient check-in / check-out, and general administrative duties.

      The ideal candidate has excellent attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and is comfortable communicating over the phone and in person.

      Responsibilities : Billing & Insurance

    • Assist clients with processing insurance claims through private insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare
    • Verify insurance information and update patient records
    • Accurately process necessary insurance forms and documentation
    • Collaborate with physicians offices and hospitals to obtain billing and charge information
    • Enter billing and payment information into the system without errors
    • Follow up on outstanding claims or payments as needed
    • Front Desk Support

    • Check patients in and out for appointments
    • Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments
    • Answer phones, assist clients with questions, take messages, and screen calls
    • Collect co-pays and process payments
    • Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk area
    • Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and maintain the highest level of confidentiality
    • Qualifications :

    • Strong customer service and communication skills
    • Previous experience in medical billing and coding required
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
    • Experience with QuickBooks preferred
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion in a healthcare setting
    • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
