Your Role :

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Farm Recruiting Operations , the Farm Recruiting Manager recruit s dedicated and passionate new farmers to help grow our network of small family farms producing the best pasture-raised eggs . Yo u'll scour the "Pasture B elt " for potential new farmers , establishing connections with those who are strategically located with suitable land for our needs , who demonstrate the business owner mindset we value , and who share Vital Farms' passion for animal welfare and desire to raise the standards for laying hens . You will sit on the same side of the table with prospective new farmers and share our way of doing business and explain what it takes to be successful with Vital Farms . As a member of the Farm Recruiting Team, you will primarily focus on a portion of the Pasture B elt which includes areas in Missouri, Arkansas, Tennessee, and Kentucky.

At Vital Farms, compensation decisions are dependent upon a variety of factors, which may include, but are not limited to, skill level,experience, education, training, market demands, and business needs.A reasonable estimate of the current starting annual base salary for this position is $85,000 - $100,000 . Please keep in mind that hiring at the maximum end of the range would not be typical in order to allow for potential continued future salary growth.
