Key Responsibilities :
Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in individuals of all agesDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' specific needsProvide therapy sessions to improve the child's speech and language skillsMonitor child's progress and make adjustments to the treatment plans as neededCollaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors and educators, to develop comprehensive care plansProvide guidance and support to clients' families and caregiversMaintain accurate and up to date documentation of the client's progress and treatment outcomesQualifications :
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited programValid state license or certification in Speech Language PathologyPrevious experience working as a Speech Language Pathologist preferredKnowledge of assessment tools and therapeutic techniques for speech, language, communication, and swallowing disordersStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailWhy Choose Ascend?
