What you’ll need to succeed as a Customer Service Representative at XPO
Minimum qualifications :
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong computer, typing and 10-key skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights and weekends

Expected pay range : $20.63 to $23.73 per hour. Pay is on an annual step progression. Bill shipments according to applicable tariffs and pricing agreementsRecognize and resolve documentation errorsAssist customers with inquiries, including tracing shipments, rate quotes, tariff discrepancies and billing and invoicing questionsPerform general clerical duties as assigned, including answering and directing phone calls, filing, data entry and billingProcess over, short and damaged freight and related documentation for customer resolutionCustomer Service Representatives are required to :
Walk and / or stand for extended periods on a loading dock that is not climate-controlled and may be slipperyApplications are accepted on an ongoing basis until all open positions in this location are filled.
