Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused and communicative Call Center Representative to handle inbound / outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Make outbound calls as required for follow-ups or customer outreach.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Maintain customer records and update information in the system.
- Follow scripts and call procedures when necessary.
- Meet daily / weekly / monthly performance targets (e.g., call handling time, customer satisfaction).
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive, empathetic attitude.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.Previous call center or customer service experience preferred but not required.Strong communication and active listening skills.Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn CRM tools quickly.Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and handle difficult callers professionally.Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
