Job Summary
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our Civil Engineering team in Southern New Hampshire. This is an exciting opportunity to lead land development and site engineering projects throughout New England while mentoring junior staff and engaging with clients, municipalities, and regulatory agencies.
Senior Project Manager Responsibilities
- Manage civil engineering projects from concept through construction across residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors.
- Lead the preparation of site plans, roadway layouts, grading plans, drainage systems, and utility design using AutoCAD and HydroCAD (preferred)
- Oversee state and local permitting efforts including presentations to planning boards and regulatory agencies
- Coordinate with clients, surveyors, contractors, and multidisciplinary internal teams to ensure timely project execution
- Support and mentor junior engineers and technical staff
Senior Project Manager Qualifications
B.S. in Civil Engineering required with an active P.E. licenseMinimum 15 years of project management experience in civil engineering and land development projects in New EnglandProficiency in AutoCAD; experience with HydroCAD is a plusStrong understanding of local, state, and federal permitting requirementsConfident public speaker with experience presenting to boards and municipal officialsFamiliarity with Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP) and construction observation is a plusCertifications such as CPESC (Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control) desirable but not requiredSenior Project Manager Benefits & Perks
