Business Systems Analyst (BSA) Accounting

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with a solid foundation in accounting and financial processes to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will analyze, document, and optimize business processes while ensuring that accounting systems and integrations align with business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Information Systems .
• 8+ years of experience as a BSA, Financial Systems Analyst, or Accounting Systems Analyst .
• Strong understanding of accounting concepts , including GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, and financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience with ERP or financial systems (e.g., Oracle Financials, SAP, Workday, NetSuite, or MS Dynamics).
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis for financial reconciliation and reporting.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with business and technical teams.
