IT Manager

Backal Hospitality Group is a leading multi-unit hospitality company dedicated to providing elevated guest experiences across our various properties. As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Specialist to join our team of hospitality professionals.

This role will be responsible for developing strategy and vision for the organization regarding the planning, implementation, design, and management of technology across the portfolio, ensuring optimum support and security. This position will stay current with industry trends and technology advancements and will work closely with property and corporate teams to deliver optimal IT solutions. Successful candidates must be results-driven, possess a minimum of 3 years of transferrable experience in technology, and managerial experience to lead property teams and enhance operational efficiency and guest experience. Candidates must have entry level understanding of Audio-Visual equipment.
