Qualifications :

• AMI OR AMS Montessori primary level certification
• Experience with very good classroom management skills valued
• Must be able to communicate effectively with students, parents and other staff members
• Willing to be part of a team the goes above and beyond basic requirements
• Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities
• Support the classroom environment, students’ educational needs, promoting independence and  self-motivation
• Work as part of the team creating a nurturing environment that fosters social, emotional, and academic growth in children
