Sanova Dermatology is currently searching for a professional, enthusiastic Patient Coordinator for our busy Pflugerville dermatology office.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Greet patients with a smile and a positive attitude.
• Check-in / check-out all patients for Sanova Dermatology by obtaining accurate and up-to-date demographic and insurance information at each patient visit.
• Verifying patient insurance benefits
• Scheduling patient visits
• Answer the telephone promptly and in a polite and professional manner.
• Accurately relay messages from patients to clinical staff.
• Must be willing to learn cosmetic products and procedures.
• Keep waiting area clean and neat at all times.
• Must exercise the utmost diplomacy and tact to provide excellent customer service for patients.
• Acts as a liaison for the patient and the practice.
• Communicate verbally in person or over the phone, and in writing via messaging system or email.
• Performs all duties and services in full compliance with Sanova Dermatology Core Values.
