Facilities & Maintenance Production III (Indirect)-Contingent Worker

SHIFT : Mon - Fri (07 : 00 AM - 04 : 30 PM [Lunch : 12 : 00 PM - 12 : 30 PM]

Job Title : We need a CNC Machinist or and Maintenance Tech

Who will you be working with? You will work with a broad range of talented individuals to deliver quality products in a timely manner. Youll work alongside Maintenance Technicians and partner with professionals across multiple departments.

What will your typical day look like? Will have the skills, qualifications and tools to perform mechanical, electrical, and electronics work on CNC machines and manual machines used in Graham Whites machine shop.

Expected to perform electrical and electronic repairs on furnaces and other equipment in the Foundry.

Will perform repairs and preventative maintenance and keep records as required by Graham Whites Quality System.

Expected to learn additional skills as necessary towards objective of keeping all Graham White equipment running.

Expected to communicate across departments regarding equipment status and other issues as needed.

Other duties will be assigned by the Department Leader

What about the physical demands of the job? Frequent standing, walking, handling, reaching outward, reaching up / over shoulder, squatting / kneeling, bending, lifting up to 50lbs. Frequent exposure to dust or vapors within OSHA limits, heat / humidity, and loud noises

Occasional sitting, climbing, and lifting 50lbs or more. Occasional exposure to cold

You may also be asked to perform other duties outside of your function or trade, for which adequate training will be provided if necessary.

How will you make a difference? As a member of the Maintenance team, you will perform repairs and preventive maintenance on various types of equipment throughout the facility. You will work to optimize the performance of the equipment and communicate issues, as necessary.

What do we want to know about you?

Do you have knowledge of electronics systems?

Do you have knowledge of PLC ladder logic?

Are you capable of learning CNC diagnostics and repair?

Do you possess personal computer skills with ability to fully utilize CMMS?

Do you have knowledge of phone and data transmissions systems?

Are you able to plan and order materials as needed?

Are you an effective communicator, both verbally and written?

Can you demonstrate knowledge and ability to apply GW Hazardous Energy Policy consistently (Lockout / Tagout)?

Do you have a high school diploma or equivalent?

Do you have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience?
