Job Responsibilities

The Community Operations Associate plays an important role in the community team to ensure operational efficiency and execution excellence. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and an effective communicator with a strong understanding of social media. They will be responsible for managing an up-to-date content calendar along with regular engagement with internal stakeholders to ensure campaign readiness.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage internal stakeholder's requests both within the Community team and other departments to ensure marketing and social media campaign readiness.
• Manage an up-to-date content calendar along with timely deployment of scheduled content.
• Support the Community team's content creation efforts such as managing the creation of assets as well as content writing.
• Analyze Razer's social media platforms and its content to prepare regular performance reports to improve the team's strategic execution.
• Prioritize, and organize team projects to ensure progress towards OKR attainment and delivery website updates, content scheduling and other campaign efforts.
• Prioritize, and organize requests from product teams and regional marketing teams.
• Handle administrative tasks such as vendor creation, purchase requests, and processing invoices.
• Assess and improve on team processes to ensure strong operational efficiency.
• Other duties as assigned.

Salary Ranges (per annum) : $50,700.00 - $84,500.00 Disclaimer : Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
