POSITION OVERVIEW
dormakaba is seeking a Technical Support Rep based in Lexington KY. The Technical Support Rep i s responsible for Providing technical support to end users such as financial institutions atm operators armored car companies and integrators. They will support internal business partners in managing and operating software applications and lock hardware. The Technical Support Rep is responsible for initiating and / or implementing corrective action as needed to provide a level of customer service necessary to support the achievement of defined corporate and department goals.
HIRING SALARY RANGE : Base Salary $55000 - $65000 (Salary to be determined by the education experience knowledge skills and abilities of the applicant internal equity and alignment with market data.) Please visit our career site for more information on benefits.
