• Maintain and organize filing systems both physically and electronically.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events for team members.
• Handle office supply inventory, including ordering and restocking as necessary.
• Support team members with administrative tasks and projects as assigned.
